I worked with my Dad he used to own a ice cream truck selling ice cream and he paid me but the government shut him down. So now I am looking for another job in pet care.

That is really more like a teen family job. If you have family members that own business then you should definitely be able to work for them. You don't even need to have a work permit in most cases, as long as you are not on a factory floor or dealing with hot grease or chemicals and stuff.
No pet care retailer will hire you at your age. But if you have a dog or cat that you have been taking care of for awhile then you can try starting your own pet care business. You can offer dog grooming, walking, trainig, and petsitting too. Jus make sure you have your parents permission and a place to do the work, like a garage or backyard. Good luck.
