How Old do You Have to Be To Work at the Apple Store

How old do you have to be to work at the Apple Store? I am looking for a job in electronics and computers and I am 16 years old. I have heard some people say that Apple/Mac doesn't hire anyone to work for them who is under the age of 18. Is this true?

That really seems strange to me because I would say they have millions of teens that use their products and services every single day all over the world. Isn't that just a bit hypocritical? It's okay for us to spend all of our money on their gadgets and song downloads but they won't allow us to make a few of those dollars back. Someone please tell me if I'm wrong.

I think Apple should hire teens under the age of 18 years old, in my opinion. It's mostly kids 17 and under that download the most songs on itunes and beg their parents to buy every new iphone, ipod, itouch, new apps and you name it.

I guess with all of the countless hours and thousands of dollars we spend at Apple we don't have enough "experience" to help others with their purchases. It's not fair.
