How old Do You Have to be to work at Old Navy or Gap

How old do you have to be to work at Old Navy or Gap. I heard that you have to be at least 16 years old to get a job there, is that true?

Right now I work at at McDonald's and I am 15 years old. I am really tired of taking orders for food and being monitored for handling time. It makes me feel like a machine or something, and people can be rude.

I think it would be way cooler to work in a clothing store. It's air conditioned, they have music playing overhead, and everyone is happy when they shop. So if you are a teen out there looking for work i would not suggest fast food at all.
