How old do you have to be to work at Kmart Stores?
I am looking for a seasonal job to help me buy some Christmas gifts for my boyfriend, girlfriends, and family. I really would like to work overnights but I don't know if I can. I am 16 years Old but will turn 17 in January. Does anybody know if I could work there at my age?

I am pretty sure you have to be at least 16 years old to work at K-mart. I applied on their website just last week and on of the questions where are you at least sixteen years of age. I am 18 myself and want to work overnight too.
They probably won't allow you to work nights because you are still under age and should be in high school. But you might get something for after school and on the weekends. You should apply quickly though. After filling out their very long application and assessment test the first interview available in my area was 6 weeks away. So hopefully I can start work before Christmas. Good luck.
