You have to be 18 years old to be a Hooters Girl, as per their corporate website. In some states or provinces it may be a 21 year old age limit due to the alcohol service that you wold be required to do. But there are other positions you could apply for at 17 years old like host, hostess, kitchen employee, or bus boy or girl.

So go down to apply in person. As far as I know they don't have an online application in place for hourly employees. Remember, this is Hooters, they have to make sure you are attractive enough, unofficially. There are also other jobs for teens out there.
