How Can Teenagers Make Money

I don't have a job and I need one. I 15 years old, and I have a little brother who is 12 years old. We have been looking for work for the summer but we haven't found anything yet.

The McDonald's and Burger King's in our area say that they don't have any openings right now. But how could they be out of work when we don't even get out of school until next week. Can you help me find a job for teens?

Can you really get paid from doing surveys online, or is that just a scam? I really want to work outside of my house where can get cash in hand at the end of the day or week. It may be harder for a 12 year old boy to find a summer job, but we are open for suggestions.

It would really be good if we could find somewhere hiring that is walking distance from our house. I don't want to have to ask for carfare everyday until I get paid. What are good ways for teens to make money?
