Jobs for 16 Year Old Girls

What are some good jobs for 16 year olds after school. I want any job I can come out learning from and getting paid too. I really don't want to work the usual fast food restaurants and retail stores. I want an experience that will give me some skills that I could use on future jobs.

I desperately need some extra cash

I desperately need some extra cash. I am in serious need of money to support my every need. I also need money to help pay part of the rent. I'm seeking a part-time home school job.

Volunteer Jobs

You could try volunteer jobs at this point. You could volunteer at places like hospitals or nursing homes. You should really try to find a position in the field that you want to go into in the future. If you have a pleasant personality, you are easy to get along with, detail-oriented, and a little aggressive you will definitely be able to land a job as a volunteer.

Some people think that to work for free is a waste of time, but I don't. They may offer you a position when one opens up, they are more likely to hire you when you do come of age, and even if they don't hire you the experience can become a reference for a future job. Don't just discard the volunteer job possibilities.
